Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food and flowers), newspapers, magazines, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at [email address] and mail your item to: [physical address].

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Domestic Shipping

We ship within the domestic territory of India, with delivery times ranging between 7-14 days.

Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail

  • On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you are returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
  • Pack your return securely, in the original package, and include your completed invoice.
  • Courier the parcel back to us.
  • We will not accept the product :
  • if it has been damaged by you
  • if it is altered as per specs shared by you
  • if it has been worn.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your
package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund
more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your
return from the shipper (5 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process
your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your
bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).
